What You Need to Know
Please ensure that you arrive at least one (1) hour before your Tour time with your tickets from your confirmation email printed and/or downloaded to your mobile device. Our lobby has self-service stations to check-in and sign your waiver. Our friendly staff be available to help with any questions.
Your tour includes a hot meal and/or snack. An assortment of snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available for purchase onboard.

Upgraded to Perk Pass? After you have checked in, please let our staff know and they will direct you to the pre-boarding lounge.
