What You Need to Know
Important Information for Entering Glacier National Park
Entry into Glacier National Park requires both a park pass and vehicle reservation. You must register your vehicle for Going-to-the-Sun Road, North Fork, Two Medicine and Many Glacier separately. If you have booked a service along Going-to-the-Sun Road (lodging, camping, boat ride, bus tour, horseback riding or guided hike), your service confirmation letter will serve as your vehicle reservation.
Please note that our property is not within the park boundary and does not qualify as a service reservation. You may purchase a park pass through the National Park Service website and vehicle reservation tickets through Recreation.gov.
For additional information, contact the National Park Service through the National Park Service website.
Looking for a ride? We offer shuttles from the east entrance of Glacier National Park. The shuttles operate on a first come, first served basis with a maximum of eight passengers per shuttle. Your spot includes an entrance into the park without a vehicle reservation ticket. For more information about this service, visit our website.
Guests arriving by Amtrak are welcome to walk to the lodge on our garden pathway. We also offer a historic Checker Aerobus shuttle from the depot.
If you are feeling unwell, contact our reservation center and we will reschedule your visit.
